Hello. New onboard

Hi. I am glad to part of you in this community. I’ve been going at the gym every day for almost a year now.. Lifting arms, legs, chest, back, shoulders on different days of the week, and doing an abs workout every day (30 reps, 2 sets each a diff ab exercise) x 4 which works out to 240 crunches / day.
I’m not fat or anything, in fact I don’t look all that bad its just I’m too scrawny.. I have actually the 6 pack however I don’t believe it counts because I’m too skinny. I’m 120 lbs 5’8ish. I additionally have actually Muay Thai 2x per week 2 hour class.
Anyway that’s me.
