Whats up everyone i’m brand-new here. My intent here is to grab a much better grasp on naturally building my physique to my desired goals.
My current weight sit around 145lbs & my height is 70in.
My bench is at 180lbs max and 135lbs comfortable 10 sets. My deadlift is a measly 20 pounds heavier at 200lbs max, i could probably push much more yet i neglect my legs as of now.
