I found this forum a couple of years ago and I am now returning.
My current plan is so far rather simple, yet I need assistance from those more experienced.
My current plan is merely to go to the gym three times a week. I am not looking to build mass, yet to get leaner. I am currently at about 78.5kg, which is supposedly overweight as BMI turns out to be 25.6. I would certainly like to shed the 3.5kg.
I need a simple workout program I can easily consistently stick to for about 12 weeks, then switch to strength training. Nothing heavy for the time being, merely something to get me on the right track. I am open to all ideas.
