Hey gang from time to time I experience bad muscle cramps in places I didnt know I had muscles.
Oblique areas, back/lat area, forearms and toes.
I know a big part of this hydration yet last night at job a drank about 2 gallons of water yet still cramp up.
I ate an avocado and a banana along with lunch last night yet still!
BTW I have actually tried to track them and see if a pattern has actually created maybe in regard to eating etc. yet they are totally random.
My job is fairly demanding I job 13-15 hours a day and it is fairly physical yet there are days where there are no cramps and then last night in the shower before job I was shaving and my forearm simply cramp up and this is after 4 days off.
