Running and Weights, Weights and Running

Well, Well.

After a brief hiatus, I’m back. I never stopped working out. My goals changed slightly and I became a bit inconsistent. I have actually found the times when I’ve kept a log is when I’m my most consistent, so here we go again..

Still at 225lbs, and still 5’11" :blank:

Goals for this year include: To increase strength (as always), to run two 10K races under 50 moments (very first one in April, second in August), and finish a 100 mile bike ride in two days.

I’d estimate I’m currently 5-7 moments off my goal for the 10K, and I literally haven’t been on a bike in 2-3 years (?!) Must be fun.

Today was early morning run:

3.00miles – 23.46 minutes

Over the moon along with this. According to Strava – the fastest 400m, 1/2 mile, 1K, 1 mile and 2 miles I’ve completed.

Tonight – Weights. Will certainly update later.
