Hey guys, haven’t posted in a hell of a long time. I lost my mom a few years back and totally let myself go. Got up to 230 lbs at 6-1. Working a physical job has actually always kept me in okay shape however having lost 42 pounds I sure feel the difference. So that being said, does anyone care to take a stab at my body fat%? I know this has actually probably gotten old, however I’m pretty curious however not curious enough to purchase equipment haha.
I’m now 6-1 190 lbs. Goal is 175- 180 by summer and must be attainable.
Here is me at my worst. I remember being so uncomfortable.
