Hey guys-

I used to short article on this forum a fairly long time ago and I’m going to start logging stuff here again as a method to keep myself on track. I’ve gotten rather strong over the years, accumulated a lot of nagging injuries, and mostly train for aesthetics at the moment. I am currently job hunting so training is on the backburner for now, however hopefully having to short article here will certainly keep me moving forward.

Injuries: Back is good, calf strain has actually leg job on hold for the moment.

Workout:

Mob work: 15 minutes along with rumbleroller, lat pulldown stretches

KB Rev Curls 20,20,20

Seated Bicep Curls 10 x 20, 20 x 20

Preacher Machine 30 x 20, 20, 20 R,L switched to 2 hands, 75×30 drop 50×30, drop 30xfail

Pushdowns 80×40,30
Cordova Pushdowns 40×10,10,10 30×10
