Team Cardio Training : a class along with a maximal capacity of 12 people working on strictly Cardio and sometimes agility through Ellipticals,Treadmil ,Steps and Steppers depending on training that day!
I CAN BOOK THIS CLASS EVERYDAY/DIFFERENT TIMES along with ENOUGH PEOPLE AND INTEREST.

Group Personal Training:This focuses on the person along with goals in weightloss,toning,tightening or gaining lean muscle mass.Focused full body moment along with full range of motion through strength and conditioning ,cardio, basic boxing training ,resistance training and others exercise. Maximum capacity of 4 individuals along with one on one personal training within the group.
I CAN BOOK THIS CLASS EVERYDAY/DIFFERENT TIMES along with ENOUGH PEOPLE AND INTEREST.

BootCamp Body Weight Training:Can you handle your on weight?Push through Isometric,Resistance,Cardio and Aerobic Training using your own body weight!Beginners-Advanced Welcomed!!Maximum Capacity of 6 individuals.

Alpha Male Training:Weight,Strengh and Conditioning Training at its Best!2-4 Individuals max(Male Only)

Alpha Female Training:Training:Weight,Strengh and Conditioning Training at its Best!2-4 Individuals max(Female Only)
