Time to start a brand-new journal. I have actually a brand-new workout program and now I have actually a brand-new place to write my journal.

I’ve been coming here for about 10 years. Almost since John started this site.

I chance to participate more than I have actually lately.

I’m doing weight training exclusively now. I’m doing a three day split of upper M/F and lower W. This was inspired by Aram’s program for Endomorphs. In the past I’ve done cardio as well.

My nutrition plan is all all set to go as well. I’m going for 1840 calories a day along with 167 pro 157 carb 60 fat.
