Sure, the name brands have some gorgeous outfits on offer this winter, but the discount stores are the ideal place to visit for your basics.  And, if you head to stores like TJ Maxx and Target, it’s likely that you’ll find some designer items for a fraction of the price.  Make sure, however, that you only buy what you need.  It’s easy to pile up a shopping cart because you think you’re getting a bargain, only to spend more than you would have done had you bought an outfit from a high end store.
